We are happy to announce that we are open for dine-in starting daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. We will have limited seating options, but promise to have plenty of delicious food available! Our Story

Welcome To Trellis

Being locals to the area, and working in the Oregon food, beverage, and hospitality industries, have given us a passion for sharing the amazing bounty of the Willamette Valley. This was the driving force in deciding to open up Trellis—sharing all of these wonderful components with people traveling to the area, while also making a comfortable, convenient, and casual environment for locals to gather and enjoy the cuisine of the surrounding area.

We love our community and continue to look for ways of getting involved in helping to make this area even better. Please give us your feedback, we will strive to improve what we are doing and making positive impacts around us. Local Ingredients, Seasonal Items

Chef Joe Jackson is eager to showcase the amazing and bountiful food options available to us here in the Willamette Valley. So many ingredients grow around us locally here and are seasonal items. We are excited to keep our menu fresh and rotating with the seasonality of what is available. Look for our menu changes and different specials that the Chef serves up.
