Captivating Willamette Valley: Where Artistry and Community Converge

Embracing Local Bounty:

The Willamette Valley, a breathtaking expanse of rolling hills adorned with vineyards, is more than a destination; it's a community where craftsmanship, artistry, and hard work intertwine. At Trellis, situated at the heart of this picturesque valley, we are more than a restaurant. We are a reflection of the exceptional community, artisans, and small businesses that make this region truly extraordinary.

Celebrating Local Artistry Beyond Culinary Excellence:

Our commitment to excellence extends beyond culinary offerings. We believe in the power of local partnerships, showcasing their craftsmanship and creations. Our menu is a testament to our passion for sharing the bounty of local farmers — from fresh produce and tender micro-greens to fruits from local orchards, premium meats, NW seafood, handcrafted cheese, and exquisite local wines. The Willamette Valley thrives with talented artisans and small businesses and our dedication to locally sourced ingredients extends to the art adorning our walls. When you dine at Trellis, you not only savor the flavors of the valley, but also experience the artistry of its talented residents as you get to admire the beautiful paintings by our showcased local artists.

As the holidays approach, the charming town of Dundee, Oregon, transforms into a festive destination ready to welcome visitors.
