Being locals to the area, and working in the Oregon food, beverage, and hospitality industries, have given us a passion for sharing the amazing bounty of the Willamette Valley. This was the driving force in deciding to open up Trellis—sharing all of these wonderful components with people traveling to the area, while also making a comfortable, convenient, and casual environment for locals to gather and enjoy the cuisine of the surrounding area.

We love our community and continue to look for ways of getting involved in helping to make this area even better. And just like our food, we know each guest has unique tastes. Our catering service comes with a custom menu created just for you. Tailored menus make it easy to meet any specific dietary needs or taste preferences for your group.
