As another year closes out, we can’t help but feel incredibly grateful for all that 2022 that brought. More families gathering in person, lots of specials were added to our menu, and an abundance of good times topped our list here at Trellis of what we are thankful for this year. If you haven’t been to the restaurant in a while, take this time as the year winds down to consider coming in for a tasty meal and a delicious drink to celebrate everything that you have accomplished in 2022. Where would we be without our customers? Thanks to you, we can make the magic happen! Working in a restaurant over the past few years has truly been a wild ride, and our customers like you have helped us to power through the uncertainty to end up where we are today. When we say that we truly love serving you, we mean it! Coming up with new menu ideas to excite our customers is one of our favorite parts of the job.

Thankful for Our Community

What better place to live and run a restaurant than right here in Oregon Wine Country? Not only can we meet people from all over the world who are in town visiting, but living in such a special place gives us access to local produce that is of the highest quality and freshness. Whether it’s a fresh, garden-grown tomato, a local cut of beef or a delicious bottle of Pinot Noir grown right down the street, living in the Willamette Valley definitely has an enormous amount of perks when it comes to running a restaurant.

And last but not least, we could not even begin to run our restaurant without our wonderful team of chefs, servers, bussers, and support staff. Without this special combination of people who all share the same love of restaurant work, we could not be here today. We are truly grateful for everything that we have been blessed with!
