YCAP 2024 Melt Down Fundraiser
Enjoy Cheesy Delights & Help YCAP Raise Funds for the Local Food Bank
The Melt Down Fundraiser, orchestrated by YCAP (Yamhill County Action Partnership), offers cheese lovers and community champions a great opportunity to indulge in cheesy delights while supporting the community. Trellis, along with other esteemed businesses of Yamhill County, is excited to be a part of The 2024 Melt Down, a month-long fundraising celebration of all things cheesy, supporting a great cause by benefiting our local YCAP Food Bank.
Savoring for a Cause:
Indulge your cravings and make a difference with every bite! For each grilled cheese sandwich or cheese-related item purchased from participating businesses, $2 will be donated to the YCAP Food Bank. It's a scrumptious way to give back, knowing that your love for cheese is helping to nourish families in need throughout our region.
"The Cheli” Melt :
At Trellis, we're excited to present our mouthwatering contribution to The 2024 Melt Down: "The Cheli" Melt. Packed with savory bacon jam, creamy Cana de cabra, indulgent Havarti, nutty Gruyère, and honey crisp apples, all hugged between slices of toasted sourdough, this grilled cheese sandwich is a true flavor explosion that will warm your soul. Enjoy “the Cheli” and share your favorite melt on the YCAP 2024 Melt Down Facebook Page! Make sure to collect your stamps and redeem some fun prizes too!

On a diet but still want to participate? YCAP has T-Shirts and Sweatshirts that can be pre-ordered from the YCAP website, as well as an option to donate to The Melt Down - sandwich free.
